## Changelogs <a href="#changelogs" id="changelogs"></a>

### 1. Hyper Design Feature Update <a href="#id-1.-hyper-design-feature-update" id="id-1.-hyper-design-feature-update"></a>

#### (1) Naming Hyper Design <a href="#id-1-naming-hyper-design" id="id-1-naming-hyper-design"></a>

Now, when submitting Hyper Design calculations, users can directly input names for AI-generated molecules, which previously automatically received the name of the parent molecule.

#### (2) Multiple Hyper Design executions enabled <a href="#id-2-multiple-hyper-design-executions-enabled" id="id-2-multiple-hyper-design-executions-enabled"></a>

It's now possible to submit multiple hyper design calculations for a molecule that is already undergoing a calculation.

Users can track the progress and view the results of these submissions on the Hyper Design log screen.

#### (3) Hierarchy View Update <a href="#id-3-hierarchy-view-update" id="id-3-hierarchy-view-update"></a>

In the Hyper Design hierarchy, AI-generated molecules can now be grouped and viewed based on the fragments selected at the time of Hyper Design execution.

#### (4) Molecule Card Information Update <a href="#id-4-molecule-card-information-update" id="id-4-molecule-card-information-update"></a>

New information has been added to the molecule cards displayed in the HyperLab hierarchy.

1. Calculation Information Added
   * Added LogP, TPSA, and Molecular weight
2. Added indication of the presence of hyper design results
   * In the hierarchy view of hyper design, an indicator has been added to show whether there are results for a hyper design without the need to open the card.
   * The presence of hyper design results can be identified by a green color and a \[✅ Design] symbol on the card.

### 2. HyperLab UI improvements <a href="#id-2.-hyper-lab-ui-improvements" id="id-2.-hyper-lab-ui-improvements"></a>

HyperLab's user interface has been partially improved to facilitate easier use.

#### (1) Left Navigation Bar changes <a href="#id-1-left-navigation-bar-changes" id="id-1-left-navigation-bar-changes"></a>

* Common
  * Separated the menu areas for tools available in the lab space environment from those usable within projects.
* Lab Space Navigation
  * You can now click on the lab space name to move to the list page of lab spaces.
* Project Navigation
  * Enabled navigation between projects by clicking on the project name.
  * Clicking on the project list allows movement to the complete project list within the lab space.
* Activated Protein Structure Information
  * The information of the currently active protein structure in the project is displayed, allowing you to check the active protein structure information anywhere within the project.

#### (2) Top Margin adjustment <a href="#id-2-top-margin-adjustment" id="id-2-top-margin-adjustment"></a>

The top margin has been adjusted, allowing for a broader use of the page area within HyperLab.

### 3. Additional information in molecule download files <a href="#id-3.-additional-information-in-molecule-download-files" id="id-3.-additional-information-in-molecule-download-files"></a>

Metabolic stability information has been newly added to the files containing downloaded molecule information.
