## :mega: Changelogs

### 1. Addition of Hyper ADME/T Properties (LogD at pH 7.4, CNS MPO)

New properties are now available through Hyper ADME/T calculations.

These newly added properties can be viewed in both the Bench and the molecule detail information pages.

| Properties                                          | Description                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     |

### 2. Improved File Upload Usability

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2FmeBFXcuy3KcitmiDNKvI%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=e069ee0b-8f31-4ea8-98fb-a18a3fae20ac" alt=""><figcaption><p>Upload type selection and file selection interface</p></figcaption></figure>

The file upload feature has been redesigned for greater clarity and ease of use. This update introduces **upload type selection**, **simplified merge criteria**, and an **upload preview**, enhancing both user convenience and data management efficiency.

#### Key Updates

**(1) Upload Type Selection**\
When uploading a file, users must now first choose an upload method:

* **Add new molecules**: Add all data in the file as new molecules.
* **Merge with existing data**: Merge file data with existing Bench data to update records.

This ensures users can clearly select the method that fits their upload purpose.

**(2) Simplified Merge Criteria**\
When merging with existing data, users can now choose **either molecule name or molecule structure** as the merge key.

Previously, both keys had to match for a merge to proceed. Now, a single key is sufficient, simplifying the process and enabling more flexible data management.

**(3) Upload Preview**\
Before completing an upload, users can review a detailed preview of the results, including:

* Total molecules in the file
* Molecules to be added
* Molecules to be merged
* Molecules that cannot be added

If any molecules cannot be added, the system will provide a failure notice after the upload, along with the option to download a list of the failed molecules.

### 3. AI Assistant - Bench Selection Feature Added

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2FHJ8JC6n6BYo6Gjjnz0sU%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=278a2f5f-8cf2-4765-985e-1d1e2c4ae6ad" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>‘Select Bench’ feature in the AI assistant chat window.</p></figcaption></figure>

Within a project, you can launch the AI Assistant and use the Select Bench option in the chat window to choose a Bench.

When asking questions with a Bench selected, the AI Assistant will reference the data from the selected Bench to provide answers.

*\*Bench selection is not available when the AI Assistant is in full-screen mode.*
