## :mega: Changelogs

### 1. **Hyper Design Menu Added**

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2FMRdtyOuutDjXOjuTRs3I%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=60c391e1-2b05-40b1-bc7a-ff7bac047c2e" alt=""><figcaption><p>Hyper Design Page</p></figcaption></figure>

A new **Hyper Design** menu has been added, allowing users to view all Hyper Design records conducted across every Bench within a project.

From the Hyper Design menu, you can browse all accessible Hyper Design pages within the project and directly access each molecule’s protein-specific Hyper Design page to seamlessly continue your research.

### **2. Hyper Design Feature Update**

#### (1) Separation of Hyper Design Data by Protein

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2Fxy5DZujsEFuhpWMtxQSV%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=29d00335-bcfb-4125-9b85-ea0a92f97354" alt=""><figcaption><p>Changes to the Hyper Design after the October 30, 2025 update</p></figcaption></figure>

This update is designed to ensure more stable and consistent design results. Previously, it was possible to continue editing a molecule after changing the target protein mid-process — this behavior will now be restricted for clarity and data integrity.

If you’d like to perform design tasks for **multiple proteins from the same molecule**, simply:

1. Click the **“Change Protein”** button at the top right of HyperLab.
2. Switch to your desired protein in your **Bench**.
3. Start a **new Hyper Design session** for that protein.

{% hint style="info" %}
**\[For existing designs]**

For molecules with Hyper Design results generated **before the October 30, 2025 update**, the following changes have been applied:

1. If a molecule was designed sequentially across multiple proteins, **only the design results for the first protein** will remain viewable.
2. Any results created **after changing the protein during the same session** will **no longer be accessible**.
   {% endhint %}

#### (2) Addition of Reset Hyper Design Page Reset Feature

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2FnEzwohQCXdODLt9TDjEk%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=12b478b6-a924-42a9-9d83-cf5c1f6f904c" alt=""><figcaption><p>Reset Hyper Design Page Feature</p></figcaption></figure>

If you wish to restart the Hyper Design process for a specific protein from the beginning, a new feature now allows you to **reset the Hyper Design page**.

You can now initialize the page by clicking the `⋮` **(More)** icon at the top of the Hyper Design page and selecting *Reset Hyper Design*.

{% hint style="info" %}
When the **Reset Hyper Design Page** button is clicked, all generated molecules and Hyper Design logs associated with that protein will be deleted, leaving only the **top-level molecule** in the hierarchy.
{% endhint %}

#### **(3) Updates to Existing Features Related to Hyper Design Changes**

With the Hyper Design feature update, the following related functions have also been modified:

1. **Bench – Display of Derivatives**
   * **`As Is`** Displayed all Hyper Design data executed for the molecule, regardless of protein.
   * **`To Be`** Displays only Hyper Design data generated under the currently activated protein in the Bench.
     * *If no protein is activated in the Bench, derivatives will not be displayed.*
2. **Hyper Design Page Access Rules**
   * **`As Is`** Accessible even if the selected protein did not have a Hyper Binding result.
   * **`To Be`** Access is restricted if the currently activated protein does not have a Hyper Binding result.
     * *The Hyper Design page is also inaccessible when no protein is activated in the Bench.*

### **3. Ref. Molecule and Correlation Feature Improvements**

#### (1) Ref. Molecule Page Enhancement

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2FaoZHvSTj5yseMZds26qj%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=2452d322-60e0-4265-bae4-374b152adbaf" alt=""><figcaption><p>Ref. Molecule Page</p></figcaption></figure>

The **Ref. Molecule** table has been redesigned to function similarly to the Bench table.\
You can now utilize molecules added to Ref. Molecule to perform **Correlation** analysis and calculate **R² values** for proteins.

{% hint style="info" %}

* Ref.Molecule fields and data are independent of Bench data.
* Hyper Design features are not supported for Ref.Molecule molecules.
  {% endhint %}

#### (2) Correlation Feature Improvement

The **Correlation graph**, which was previously available only in protein detail pages, can now be generated directly within **Ref. Molecule**.

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2Fc7NqnPlsJl2Bkc2EPHz5%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=b5c74821-4aeb-4a47-8ec7-d157e649895b" alt=""><figcaption><p>Generate Correlation Graph</p></figcaption></figure>

After selecting a molecule in the Ref. Molecule table, click the **Correlation** button to generate a graph.

The Correlation graph is generated based on the **Binding Score** of the active protein and the selected experimental value field in Ref.Molecule.

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2FrzPc4YhAz8aP5Z6nfBac%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=f70c112d-66fe-431a-8fc0-57d5177680ae" alt=""><figcaption><p>Correlation Graph</p></figcaption></figure>

In the improved Correlation graph, you can now:

* Change marker colors
* Fix and resize labels
* Take screenshots for reporting or sharing

### 4. Bench Interface and Feature Enhancements

The Bench page interface and several features have been updated to enhance intuitive usability and support more efficient research.

#### (1) Added User Field Description
