## :mega: Changelogs

#### This update introduces **PowerPoint presentation generation and viewing** and **option descriptions with Pros & Cons** to the Bio Co-Scientist workspace.

You can now organize and review research results directly as presentations. When additional decisions are required during a research workflow, you can also compare the meaning, advantages, and disadvantages of each option to make more informed choices.

### 1. PowerPoint Presentation Generation and Viewer

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2FAHTn4NXl9B5LbHBwefM3%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=b022c31a-c333-45cb-886d-82e9672f3581" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can now ask Bio Co-Scientist to generate a **PowerPoint presentation (PPT)** based on your research results.

* Generate .pptx files summarizing the research process and key results.
* Generated PPT files are saved in the **Library** and can be managed alongside other research outputs.
* Review individual slides directly in HyperLab using the built-in **PPT Viewer**, without opening the file in a separate application.
* Download generated presentations for further editing or sharing.

This allows you to move seamlessly from conducting research to organizing results and creating presentation materials within a single workspace.

### 2. Option Descriptions and Pros & Cons

When user input is required during a research workflow, HyperLab now provides **descriptions and Pros & Cons for each option** to make comparisons and decisions easier.

* View a brief explanation of what each option means.
* Review the **Pros** and **Cons** of selecting each option.
* Compare options before making specialized research decisions, such as selecting a target structure, model, or experimental condition.

Rather than presenting choices alone, HyperLab now provides additional context to help you understand how each decision may affect subsequent research steps and choose the most appropriate direction.

### 3. Improved Visibility into Code Execution

The code execution card has been improved to show **what HyperLab is currently doing while executing code**.

Previously, the card displayed only the execution environment, such as Python, Bash, or R, making it difficult to distinguish between tasks when multiple code executions occurred in sequence.

Now, each code execution card includes a brief description of the task being performed.

For example:

* Running AIzynthFinder with selected policies and zinc stock
* Extracting and saving the retrosynthesis top route image
* Printing the retrosynthesis reaction tree

This makes it easier to understand the purpose of each execution step, even during workflows involving multiple stages of analysis or repeated code execution.
