### 1. Editable Vector Image (SVG) Generation <a href="#id-1.-editable-vector-image-svg-generation" id="id-1.-editable-vector-image-svg-generation"></a>

When you request a diagram or graphical abstract in chat, it is now **generated as a vector image (SVG) whose individual elements can be edited.** Previously, image generation returned a flat image, so blurry labels or typos could not be fixed. Now text, arrows, and card layouts are preserved as separate objects.

* Available by requesting a diagram in chat, or through \[Image] in Studio.
* If you follow up with a wording change or layout adjustment for the same image, only that part is updated instead of regenerating the whole image.
* Images are output at slide dimensions, so they fit a PowerPoint slide without further adjustment.

**How to edit in each application**

Because text, arrows, and card layouts are preserved as vectors, you can freely edit wording, change colors, and resize individual elements.

1. **PowerPoint**
   * Insert the downloaded SVG file into a slide.
   * **Before resizing**, right-click and select \[Convert to Shape].
   * All text, labels, arrows, and timeline nodes are separated into native PowerPoint shapes and text boxes, allowing direct text editing and color changes.
   * To resize, select all converted shapes and scale them together. This keeps the font size in proportion.
2. **Adobe Illustrator / Figma**
   * Open the SVG file directly in Illustrator, or drag it onto the canvas in Figma. Text and line elements are separated into layers and can be repositioned and edited as they are.

The existing image generation method remains available, and the appropriate method is selected based on your request.

This lets you take a presentation graphic or figure and fix only what needs changing, instead of redrawing it.
