# 2026-10-07 Release Note

The update for HyperLab on October 07, 2026, has been completed.

**HyperLab Version : 2026.10.07**

## 📢 Changelogs

This update introduces **small-molecule ADMET prediction** and new options to **enlarge and download diagrams generated in chat**.

You can now review absorption, distribution, metabolism, and toxicity properties of candidate compounds directly in chat. Diagrams generated during research can also be viewed in a larger format and saved as images for use in reports and presentations.

## Bio Co-Scientist Updates

### 1. ADMET Prediction for Small Molecules

You can now enter a small molecule’s SMILES directly in chat and **predict its absorption, distribution, metabolism, and toxicity (ADMET) properties in a single request**.

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2FUNX2Shmha0JB9Fnzgvso%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=effbe240-b7b6-488d-aa0b-d4428a3bfad3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

ADMET prediction results are presented in a table for each molecule, covering **54 properties**, including:

* **Absorption & Distribution:** solubility, membrane permeability (PAMPA), BBB permeability, and P-gp
* **Metabolism:** inhibition and substrate predictions for five major CYP enzymes, as well as human and mouse microsomal stability
* **Toxicity:** hERG-related cardiac toxicity
* **Other Properties:** pKa, LogD at pH 7.4, drug-likeness, synthetic accessibility, CNS MPO, and Lipinski and Veber rule assessments

You can also:

* Submit multiple molecules at once and compare their predicted properties.
* Request only specific properties when needed.\
For example: What is the predicted PAMPA permeability of this molecule?
* Use the same prediction models and evaluation criteria available in the existing HyperLab ADMET feature.
* Run predictions and analyses for molecules with molecular weights of up to **1,500 Da**.

#### Example Request

Predict the ADMET properties of this molecule.`CN1CCCCC1`

No additional setup is required. Simply request an ADMET prediction directly in chat.

This makes it easier to **evaluate drug-like properties early in the research process and identify compounds with potential property-related issues before moving forward**.

### 2. Enhanced Diagram Viewing and PNG Download

When explaining research workflows or structures, Bio Co-Scientist can now **generate diagrams such as workflows and flowcharts directly in chat**.

<figure><img src="https://709489233-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FUd87mch9xATD0InicbJH%2Fuploads%2Fzbyx65vXESo803tDTRkI%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=44fd7b94-dde1-4f3f-a9ce-5c1fb0d8568e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Displayed diagrams can also be enlarged or downloaded as PNG images.

* Diagrams can appear not only in final answers, but also in cards that show intermediate research progress.
* Mathematical expressions included in diagram labels are rendered in their original notation.
* Hovering over a diagram displays **enlarge** and **download** icons.
* Select the enlarge icon to fit the diagram to the screen. Press ESC or click outside the enlarged view to close it.
* Select the download icon to save the diagram as a **PNG image**.
* Korean labels and mathematical expressions are preserved in the downloaded image as they appear in chat.

This makes it easier to **understand research workflows at a glance and reuse generated diagrams directly in reports and presentation materials**.
