# Beta Test Operations Notice

During the Beta period, the operations team may view and review data generated during service use (including logs, uploaded files, etc.) for the purpose of quality improvement, error analysis, and smooth service operation. Please exercise caution when uploading sensitive or confidential materials.

#### **1. Reviewing Party**

OmicsHorizon Beta Test Operations Team (limited to internal personnel only).

#### **2. Data Subject to Review**

| Category           | Content                                                                                          |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Service Usage Logs | Feature usage history, click patterns, error occurrence records, etc.                            |
| Input Data         | Text, configuration values, and other data entered into the service by you during the Beta test. |
| Feedback Data      | Error reports, submitted comments, etc.                                                          |

#### **3. Review Period**

During the Beta test period and within one year after its conclusion.

#### **4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences**

You may refuse to consent to the review of the above data. However, if you refuse, your participation in the Beta test may be restricted.
